Mr. Karel Komárek founded M.O.S. Hodonín company as a wholesaleof industrial valves, especially for gas industry

1996
The transformation of M.O.S. Hodonín to Moravia Systems joint-stock company

1999
The split to company with the business activities in gas industry mainly and the company named Moravia Trade Systems dealed with industrial valves, pipes and service of valves

2003
The return to the company name of Moravia Systems; INTERMOS Praha company become a major shareholder of Moravia Systems

2004
Moravia Systems takes production know-how of Armaturka Rohatec, followed by 50 years of experience and tradition of this Czech factory and trademark and continues in own production of industrial valves INTERMOS Bratislava affiliated company established in Slovakia

2009
Significant expansion of company facility by building of warehouse, logistic and service centre in Vracov (near Hodonín)

2010
The agreement on the establishment of authorized repair center for Masoneilan control valves and Consolidated safety valves with Dresser Inc., member of General Electric (GE)

2015
Expansion of administrative facilities of Design department and Service shop in Vracov
